******House Rules Private Guest Suite******
Dear Prospective Guest,
There aren’t really many house rules. Basically, come in and make yourself at home. There’s no such thing as a check-in time that’s too late, so no worries there. Let me know if you’d like an earlier check-in time than 3PM or later check-out time than noon. It can usually be arranged, depending on other bookings. Worst case scenario, we can store your luggage and you can lounge down in the gazebo by the river while we are preparing the guest room.
Just a couple of tasks we ask that you plan for before departure. Please do not strip the sheets of the bed we prefer to do this ourselves, just lay the bedding flat on the bed and place pillows back on the bed the way you found them upon arrival. If towels are damp please hang them over the towel rack to air dry, turn lights and ceiling fans off and toss your trash in the garbage barrels at the top of the driveway on your way out.
Our only requests are that guests shower with soap and water before use of the hot tub as this will help keep the water in balance only requiring us to add chemicals at departure. Please remove your shoes while inside the cabin and do not invite visitors, the space and all the amenities we provide are only for our registered guests.
We ask that you please do not send us requests asking for special exceptions to have access to the main floor kitchen or grilling area
Safety and Suitability: The Entry door to access the Guest Suite is on the downstairs terrace level of the cabin. Access to the suite through use the outdoor stairway of the cabin requiring guests to come down a steep stairway made out of large boulder type steps that are uneven in size. Therefore, Guest suite option may not be safe or suitable for young children or guests that have limited mobility.
No Cooking or Grilling : Please note that the kitchenette does not have a kitchen sink, the suite is only meant for guests that plan to dine out and therefore only need basic appliances for cooling and warning breakfast items or snacks. Please not send us requests asking us for special exceptions to have access to the main floor kitchen or to the outdoor grilling area.
